General Refund Eligibility
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all our educational seminar services. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the guidelines outlined below.
Seminar Registration Refunds
Full Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation is requested more than 14 days before the scheduled seminar start date
- The seminar is canceled by Lynovariste for any reason
- Technical issues on our platform prevent you from accessing purchased content, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service
Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund of 50% may be provided if:
- Cancellation is requested between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled seminar start date
- You have accessed less than 25% of the seminar content and request a refund within 7 days of purchase
No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the scheduled seminar start date
- You have accessed more than 25% of the seminar content
- The refund request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date
- You violate our Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities
- You fail to attend a live seminar without prior cancellation
Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are provided only if:
- The cancellation is requested within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase
- You have not accessed any premium content during the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial months. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if:
- The cancellation is requested within 30 days of the initial purchase
- You have accessed less than 10% of available content
Prorated refunds are calculated based on the number of complete months remaining in the subscription period, minus a 15% administrative fee.
On-Demand Content
Purchases of recorded seminars, courses, or other on-demand content are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made if:
- The content is significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase
- Technical defects prevent you from accessing the content, and we cannot provide a working version within 72 hours
- The refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase and you have viewed less than 20% of the content

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation supporting your request
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Services purchased using promotional codes, discount coupons, or during special sales are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds for discounted purchases will be issued at the discounted price paid, not the original price.
Group Registration Refunds
For group or corporate registrations:
- Individual participants cannot request refunds separately from the group organizer
- Refund requests must be submitted by the primary account holder or group administrator
- Partial refunds for individual participants within a group may be available at our discretion
Transfers and Credits
In lieu of a refund, we may offer the following alternatives:
- Transfer your registration to a future seminar on the same or similar topic
- Provide account credit equal to the purchase amount for use on future services
- Allow you to designate another individual to attend in your place
These alternatives are subject to availability and must be requested at the time of your refund inquiry.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other significant events, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy. Such requests require appropriate documentation and are evaluated individually.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly:
- Your account may be suspended pending resolution of the dispute
- Access to purchased content may be revoked
- We reserve the right to pursue the matter through appropriate channels
We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback to resolve any issues.
Non-Monetary Compensation
In some cases where a full refund is not warranted, we may offer non-monetary compensation such as:
- Extended access to seminar materials
- Complimentary access to additional resources
- Priority registration for future seminars
- Discounts on future purchases
